The province of Newfoundland and Labrador conducted the second draw of August
Newfoundland and Labrador issued 202 invitations through its Enhanced Expression of Interest system, continuing its strong immigration momentum for 2025.
On August 29, 2025, Newfoundland and Labrador held its eighth round of selections through the Enhanced Expression of Interest (EOI) system, issuing a total of 202 invitations. Of these, 125 were sent to candidates under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), while 77 went to applicants through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
As of February 19, 2025, all applicants to the NLPNP and AIP must submit their applications through the new Immigration Accelerator platform. So far, the province has invited 2,251 candidates in 2025.
